An 18-year-old man was scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on Monday to face seven counts of criminal harassment and six counts of sexual assault. The events took place between August 9 and August 26 around the Kearney Lake Dam trail, Broad Street, and a trail in the 0 to 100 lot area of the Amesbury Gate. In each case, a man approached a woman unknown to him and sexually touched or criminally harassed her.
