Research shows that almost 12,000 women in the UK have missed out on proper care over the past two decades, leading some to die. The study, led by scientists at Imperial College London, looked at data from 420,000 heart patients across Europe between 2005 and 2017. It found that 5 percent of women who had a heart attack were misclassified as not at high risk of death. This equates to 11,651 women in the UK who were wrongly told they were not at high risk over the past 19 years. Some will have lost their salvation
